Any other CA candidates having this problem??? It’s been over a week since my ATT was submitted to NASBA. I called NASBA this morning and they said the state board hasn’t sent them my ATT yet (I got an email from the board last Thursday saying it was submitted). I called the Board and they said NASBA keeps blaming them for this, that multiple candidates are having this issue, and that it was submitted and NASBA hasn’t processed it yet and until they do it’s going to show that it wasn’t submitted. Kind of a weird explanation – it must be showing somewhere!

So, anyone else in the same boat? Have you finally received your payment coupon? How long did it take? I’ve taken this exam multiple times and never had this happen. It’s really frustrating.

I think it is a NASBA problem. I didn't get an email with my payment coupon either. I found an old one and used the link to pay my section fees… Then I didn't get a receipt… I get reimbursed from work so I used a printout from by CC and my NTS as my backup. I didn't complain, but I was waiting and waiting…

I went there and was able to pay my section fees.

•No Applications found with the criteria provided.

Please retry or contact your State Board.

I may call NASBA again. If I don't pass BEC and audit by Nov. 19 I lose credit for REG, and the available testing dates are filling up fast. 🙁 I wonder why yours went through. Anyways, I'm glad it worked for you.

Just an update in case anyone else with the same issue sees this.

I contacted NASBA again and ended up speaking with a manager. They looked into it and found my ATT and said that it WAS a NASBA issue and they were resolving it and I should have my payment coupon shortly.

So for anyone else having this problem, start with NASBA.

Glad you got it resolved! I waited and waited… Then I looked through all of my spam and deleted emails. Then I found the old email with the link and it worked. So it was like they were done with their part but never emailed me. I waited several weeks…
