Hello, I want to buy the Ethics exam online and was wondering if I could skim it in one day, then take the exam? Thanks.

If the exam is similar to the CT Ethics Exam, then yes. I did about 80% of the questions during lunch at work one day, and spent an hour after I got home finishing the questions and submitting the answers online. It was the easiest part of this whole process.

The CA ethics exam is pretty dang tough since it's not a national one. If you spend an entire day to it, you could probably get it done. I've been slacking and I plan on doing it Spring Break.

Is the CA ethics exam timed? Or can you take as much time as you want looking up answers?

It is not timed and it is open book. They give you a PDF (or I believe you can order the actual book) and the question sheet. You fill out your answers and then login to the CalCPA site to input your answers. They'll tell you your score immediately.
