It’s an accounting job in PA. One of the people working there is a CPA but is inactive. Is that okay for experience in PA?

The verifying CPA must be an active CPA and must have been active during the period of time that they are verifying for you.

Is there a way I could go to another state like Delware or NJ and take tests, or are they the same way with experience requirements?

I am pretty sure NJ and DE have the same requirements.

I think DE had at one point relaxed requirements when they were still a two tiered state.
