What happens if I decide to "cancel" my appointment on the prometric website (its schedule for Aug 28th)? I will need to reschedule it (obviously) but for sometime (don't know when) in the next window (Oct/Nov). Instead of rescheduling, I just want to cancel. Will I get an opportunity to reschedule later, or do I lose my fees paid? Anyone try this? Thanks.
CAcpahofeful2010 - I have not tried this, but you can just go ahead and reschedule instead of just canceling. I know that you can cancel and reschedule as much as you want without cost if it is 30 days out. So go ahead and schedule for say 1 Nov if you get to late September and want to reschedule for later in November you can do that without cost as long as it is more than 30 days out. This can be done of course as long as your NTS is good.

I've tried this and you can cancel and schedule anytime later when you are ready to take the exam. You will not lose your fees nor have to reapply. Just make sure your NTS is still valid when you decide to sign up for the exam.
