Due to some problem, I have to reschedule my exam to Guam area to take the exam. However, cannot find any place for me to reschedule my exam to Guam. Probly Guam can only be schedule at the first time for the exam not the resche. So I was wondering does any one knows if I cancel my REG (which is Oct 18, 2014), can I schedule the REG at the same testing window (2014 4th quarter) again? Since REG is my last section. really wanna finish in this year.

Yes you can still reschedule your exam in the same window. However, Prometric is going to charge you a rescheduling fee if you reschedule within 30 days of your appointment and even a higher cancellation if you change it within 5 days of your appointment. Good luck!

Let me make sure I understand– you've looked up the schedule in Guam and there are openings, but when you've signed in and try to reschedule, it won't let you reschedule anything to Guam?
