Can't apply for BEC?

    I applied to take BEC and FAR and the deadline to take both was 6/3/14. Unfortunately, I fell behind in my studying and was only able to sit for FAR. However, when I tried to re-apply to take BEC in the next testing window the ILBOA website (I’m in Illinois), the link “4 – Re-Examination Request” is not available to me.

    Why is this the case? I could understand they would block me from signing up for FAR until the scores are released but I never even scheduled an appointment for BEC with Prometric. Why wouldn’t that be available?
