Can’t use Wiley research tab?

Has anyone else have issues with the Wiley research tab? I tried to use it in search and I would just get the message, “The AICPA Exam will provide you with search options to search for keywords across the entire authoritative literature database.”

I've had the same trouble. I don't even bother with the research SIMs. I've manually found the answers, only for WTB to say it's wrong and provide an answer that is a completely different topic.
