Capitalization of Construction Interest Costs… Need Help

    I just finished the mcq for Becker’s F4 regarding capitalizing interest costs and missed every single one. I really have no idea what is going and cannot seem to come to grips with the concept. Any help/advice to understand the big picture or how you approach these problems would be gladly appreciated.
