In the Houston market with one year of Big 4 experience having received an offer from a reputable publicly-traded exploration and production (E&P) company to join its joint interest group…questions include whether I would be leaving too early, whether staying Big 4 for an additional year or two would matter in the big picture, what the career track would look like, etc. Anyone with similar experience and/or applicable insight, your advice would be greatly appreciated.
