College credits counting in MD?

    Hello, my question is:

    “If I fail a course, but then retake it and pass, will the credits for the class STILL go towards the 150 credit requirement?”

    Of course, I am asking about Maryland’s requirement. I was in contact with a person from the DLLR, but she has yet to respond to my email.
