Computer Issue Submitting Test

I took Audit today and was reviewing my last simulation (completely answered all questions) when I ran out of time. Everything seemed fine and I was answering the survey questions about my testing center experience, which had been fine during testing. I assume I had answered the last survey question when the Prometric box came up and looked like it was processing and then went to a blank white screen.

I went to the lady monitoring the test and told her I was done but my computer screen was just white. She checked on her computer and said that my test was showing that it wasn’t completed or submitted. She had the other lady working with her go in to “reset” my computer and it still did not show as completed or submitted. She then took my NTS and entered my launch code and said she just pressed end. They would not let me go in the testing room again to see any of this take place. After this my proof of attendance did print but I am concerned my answers were not properly saved or submitted. I sent an email to NASBA about the issue but was curious if anyone had experienced anything similar to this?

I experienced a full power failure at my first auditing exam, the power went out for 10 minutes (this was when I was in the simulation section) before they got the computer back on and my test back. The center told me that the computers send the test data to the main server every few minutes to save it, but who knows. When I got my scores back it says I didn't pass, even though I left feeling good. I'll never know what happened, so I just (literally just) retook auditing, I wish you the best.

During my last exam I completed the survey and hit end and exited the room. She told me I hadn't finished the survey and I went back in and verified the screen was white. She told me she had to reset the survey and resubmit but that all my work was fine. She said she was required to file a report. I'm really hoping it didn't affect anything.
