I am trying to figure out if I am eligible for CPA an if not which subjects I need to take.

    Need to know

    a) What are the most economical online CPA body approved websites which can help me fill my missing credits?

    b) are there any online websites or service providers who can evaluate my degrees and confirm if I meet credits or not?

The best way to find out if you are eligible is to apply. They will tell you what else you need in order to sit. Chances are that you'll need all of the upper level accounting requirements because you probably didn't get those in either of your degrees. I don't know anything about being an international candidate so I can't speak to part, but I believe Lousiana State and UCLA have extension programs where you can fulfill accounting requirements online.
