CPA Ethics Exam — Question

I realize the irony of this post, but please bear with me:

I had been a member of my state CPA society for a few years, but my membership just ran out in December and I am in a hard place financially right now. The pricing for the Ethics exam is usually $160, but only $75 for state CPA members. I would love to take advantage of this >50% savings, so here’s the dilemma:

My uncle is currently a member of my state’s CPA society, and I was contemplating using his membership information to get this exam at the cheaper price. If I were to do this, would the exam be registered in his name where only he could take it, or would I receive a code where I can then enter my information?

I understand that this isn’t a very ethical thing to do to purchase an exam about ethics, but this CPA has already kicked my ass mentally and financially that a slight break would be helpful.

Not sure ethics matter on this one-if your state is anything like AICPA ethics exam, they get your info when you order it. So, it'll either be in his name or it'll be full price.

    FAR - 75
    AUD - 72; 87
    REG - 64; 74; 84
    BEC - 88

    Done!!

Thank you. I assumed that would be the case so I just shelled out the full price.

I figured it was worth the extra money to do things the right way.
