Can someone explain to me why they are making it harder if 50% of CPAs will retire in 10-15 years or something like that.

I'll likely be done by then so it doesnt affect me so much but still.

It's no fun if everyone can do it.

    -----------------------------
    BEC - 77, 03/2015 (first try)
    FAR - 79, 05/2015 (second try)
    REG - 83, 12/2015 (first try)
    AUD - 84, 03/2015 (first try)

I got 99 problems but the CPA ain't one.

I thought the changes weren't going to happen until April 2017?

Sunni – The main change to exams is the new type of simulation. If you take the Sample Test from the AICPA's website you will see that this new sim is not any harder than the typical research question, but a little more time consuming.

    FAR: 78*, 75
    REG: 76*, 85
    BEC: 79*, 76
    AUD: 79*, 93

All scores expired, let's try this again.

    FAR - 78*
    AUD - 66, 79
    REG - 73, 76
    BEC - 79

There is a new CSO effective 1/1/17 … I have not seen anything official from the AICPA about April 2017. I just scoured their website and didn't see anything about April 2017.

    AUD - 79
    BEC - 80
    FAR - 76
    REG - 92

I just looked too and I don't see it on the AICPA site.

Beckers site says its April 1, 2017. Its not coming from the official AICPA site so it isn't 100%.
