offlineMemberJust checked my score here in CA and passed with a 84. I left the test without a lot of confidence so pretty stoked about the score. I'm officially done and Thank Jeff and this site a ton. I'm pretty sure I would have passed sooner if I found this site earlier. To everyone out there, good luck the feeling at the end of the tunnel is worth those long nights with Mr. Gaerty.

i am totally TOTALLY done... i couldn't believe my eyes. i thought i totally screwed up far once again (70 right when i was on vacation- yes it was a downer) and when i came back, i started studying (kinda half heartedly because i was swamped at work) and i looked at my score right now and i passed with a 78. thats all i need!!! i really don't know how i passed though... i seriously can't believe this :)
thank you jeff for this wonderful site. i probably wouldn't have been able to go through all those exams without this and the people who post on this site.

I felt so confident when I walked out of the testing hall, now I don't know what to do. I can't study for REG for which I have exam in a week. I feel like crying. I lost my appetite. I don't feel like doing anything but lie down and cry. I studied so much harder for this than any other exam yet this is the only one I fail. I'm in denial right now.... someone help me...

I think you should:
1) lie down and cry... since thats what u wanna do and that might be the only way to release the emotion and get it out of your system.2) then take a look around at your life and think about all the other good things you have going for you, some people how far worse problems than passing some silly test, put things into perspective.
3) then do something nice for someone less fortunate, volunteering always puts things into perspective for me and makes me feel better and more hopeful.
...and hopefully what you put out in the universe will come back to you in some way, someone might do something nice for you and make you feel better now when you down and out.
This is a speedbump not a road block... hope you feel better

offlineMemberCalifornia_Love. Do cry tonight and get it out. Tomorrow send in your application fee and have another go at it and keep on going.
If this is the only one that you've failed you're doing a lot better than most other people. I've never passed one the first time and now I'm waiting on my last score. Consider yourself lucky that you're not like other people, including myself, who is waiting on their last score and if they don't pass they lose their first exam.
Failure sucks. I know. Good luck on the next go around.

This really is a blow to my face. What frustrates me more is that I tried so hard to prepare for this exam. It feels as though the preparation, studying, and all the effort I put into were for nothing. Sorry if I sound like a whiny b**** right now. Maybe it's because it's my first time failing, but you are right, I should let it all out of my system and start all over. I know it'll be frustrating to open that thick green book again (I thought it'd be the last time to ever see that book) but as cpachick said, this is a speed bump, not a roadblock. Thank you everyone :)And congrats for those who passed. You must be shaking right now from the excitement. That's how I was when I received the passing scores.

offlineMemberCalifornia_love, as another piece of advice, My husband the most studious person I know, took FAR three times to pass. He knew that book and still does better than I will ever know. He failed twice, and I passed it the first time. It's truly the luck of the draw with the questions. Stay confident. I failed BEC the first time, and it sucked, but I came back, studied more efficiently and passed it! You can do it.
