I work in industry, and non of my managers are CPAs. Would it still count as my one year experience? I know that industry experience is applicable, but not so sure about whether the signoff’er must be CPA or not.

I believe all states require an “active” cpa to sign

    FAR - 71, 68, 74, (8/31/14) 78 ✔
    REG - 67, 71, 71, (10/18/14) 78 ✔
    BEC - (11/29/14) 86 ✔
    AUD - 73, (4/4/15) 86 ✔

I can't believe this is over! 2 years and 3 months..

Illinois DOES NOT require that your supervisor be a CPA in order to attest to your experience and experience can in public, government or industry. This may not be the rule in every state, but is definitely advantageous for those seeking licenses in Illinois.
