If I (John Smith) was to have my own firm and just hire one non cpa staff member or just an accounting assistant can my firm be named “John Smith & Company, Certified Public Accountant (W/Out S)” or John Smith & Company, Certified Public Accountants(With S)” or “John Smith, Certified Public Accountants (with an S)” or neither of these 3?
