    Hi,

The board says if one has the graduate degree in business, accounting or law, he/she can apply for the non-reporting license without working experience. Does anybody know that is it has to be a graduate degree in U.S.? Cuz my degree is overseas and i also used it to apply for the CPA exams. I did email the board but i didn’t get any response. Does anybody can help me? Thank a lot.

Your masters degree from abroad needs to be evaluated to determine if it's equivalent to a masters degree awarded in the U.S. Have you done evaluation through NASBA or any of the Massachusetts CPA board approved vendors?
