Hey guys longtime lurker here. I just graduated from college and will be spending the next four months studying for the CPA exam. I will be studying AUD in June, FAR in July/August, and BEC in September.

I will be taking the Becker live courses to get my upper level accounting hours, I still need 9 more. I have 152 hours college hours though.

I have a few questions. First, I know everyone is different but do you think studying 5-6 hours a day 5-6 days a week for four weeks is enough for AUD? Second, how do you guys study specifically? By that I mean how do you divide your time over reading, MCQ, and SIMs?

Finally, I was thinking about getting Wiley or NINJA in addition to Becker as I heard adding one would be a great combination. For your experience, which do you recommend?

Thanks in advance for the help and advice.

FAR - 83. (5/31/16) wiley and ninja mcqs.

BEC - 84 (2/7/16) wiley and ninja mcqs

    AUD - (7/10/16)

It is possible to study the amount of time you listed and pass AUD. That depends entirely upon you though. Will your study time be effective? Will you pick up on the AUD topics fairly easy? Do you have any experience with AUD?

I would recommend that you give the NINJA study method a try. There's plenty of info about it here on the forums. Just use the search function.

I used Wiley MCQ in 2014 and it was sufficient. I don't have experience with NINJA MCQ, but I used their other products and they are great. Try the search function on the forums and you may come up with some reviews for the NINJA MCQ.
