Anyone else having trouble accessing Wiley CPAExcel? I keep getting an error about the server being down or having too many users.

High usage caused a slowdown for about half an hour. Engineers were alerted and fixed issue. Thanks all for reporting what you were seeing.

I'm getting a similar error message again. Used different browsers but it doesn't work.

Firefox error: “The server at http://www.efficientlearning.com is taking too long to respond.”

Chrome error: “[Fiddler] The socket connection to Wiley CPAexcel failed.

ErrorCode: 10060.

A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 72.44.220.37:80″

This seems to be a frequent problem lately. I'll be in the middle of a set of questions and it'll freeze.

It's highly disappointing because I think the program is very good…if you can connect to it. It's even more frustrating when you wake up at 6am on a Saturday morning to bang out a few hours of study but can't!

When I try to access my online study materials, I get a message that says, “Insufficient Access to Course's Study Material.” I access it through the same site as my Wiley test banks and they are working fine. Any ideas?
