Hoping to find out on the 4th that I passed REG, my last section… I’m being sent to a 2 day training and the form for registration asks if I need CPA CPE, yes or no. Does anyone know if you can count CPE from before your license is issued? The course is on November 11th and 12th so there is no doubt, I WILL NOT be a CPA. Just wondering if anyone has had experience with this type of situation. I’m from California. Thanks!!!

Sorry, CA law specifies that CPE has to be done after your license is issued:

§ 87.1. Continuing Education Requirements for New Licensees.

(a) All continuing education must be completed on or after the date the initial license was issued.

AUD 84 (1/9/14-Wiley books/TB + free materials)
FAR 83 (5/21/14-the above + NINJA 10 Pt Combo Lite)
REG 84 (7/9/14-Wiley books/TB + NINJA Audio/FC/Notes)
BEC 76 (10/5/14-Wiley books/TB + NINJA Audio/FC)

Bummer! I'm contemplating adding on a 3rd day of training since I'll already be over there. This could have counted towards my CPE if only I was licensed.
