Delaware CPA license certificate requirement

    hi all,

    Does anyone know if i am qualify for cpa license certificate in Delaware? Candidates from Delaware please common on this. i passed all my cpa exams, but i have 120 hr credit and no cpa working experience. I am in NY resident. The reason i am asking this questions is i saw the following:

    I’m thinking it will be better for me to find a job if this is true.

    The answer is No. They have become single Tier since 2006. I am in the same shoes as you are in. But I do have 133 credit hours. So what I am planning now is to get that 17 hours online ASAP and apply through Illinois. They are also changing the game. Its going to be one tier starting July 2012. I do not think that there is any state that would give you the certificate for 120 credit hours with no work experience. The best bet for you would be to go for 30 more credits, then you may have few options. Such as Colorado and I am sure there are few other states..I have been going through the same phase…read my posts…
