Does Gleim REG 2015 book work to sit for exam in april/may 2016? I mean, does the tax rates, deductions etc changes every year??

Do you only have the books or the online system as well, if you have the online system in each subunit when you go to updates it will indicate any changes.

“does the tax rates, deductions etc changes every year?” – there are several changes to tax law year over year (ex. Section 179 deduction). I have the 2016 version of the book which has the most up to date rules. I would not rely solely on what is in the 2015 version. That being said, many things remain current year over year. I would supplement with Ninja Notes which has the most up to date information and may be able to help you sort through what changed and what did not for much less $$$ than buying the newest text.
