    @baseball have you Ever Used your Spanish in an accounting-related job? That is my ultimate goal… Not sure how to get there tho… Big4 maybe? Any ideas?

    @Jenuno — Well as you know, I'm still pretty fresh out of the gate, but the main client I serve has a global presence, including South America. I've helped to translate engagement letters, invoices, etc., however, I must admit that my business Spanish is pretty bad…I'm from Mexico, but for all intents and purposes, I grew up here, so while I spoke Spanish in the home with my Mom, I wasn't educated by the Mexican school system. As a result, I'm almost useless when it comes to business conversations. I would say that there are opportunities everywhere for Spanish speaking CPAs…with the continued globalization of business these days, your language skills will always be in high demand.
