I have to pass AUD and BEC before August 28 or I lose REG. I was planning on taking AUD in early July and BEC by August 27. I know that REG will probably show as expired because I won’t have a BEC grade but if I take both by August 27 and pass I should be ok right?

Yes as long as you take the exams by Aug 28th which is the last day before REG expires you will be fine.
