   I have started studying again for FAR. I got a 73 a year ago. I wish I hadn't put it off so long, but anyways. I am having trouble with the BEPS and DEPS. They are kliing me. The problems have so much info. I was wondering if anyone else was having trouble with these problems.

   i am having trouble with almost every section in FAR, passed the other 3 tests but this one is brutal and seems to be impossible, have no idea how all of these topics can be remembered.

   Not really Jshells. They are pretty straight forward in Becker. They keep asking number of shares outstanding with splits etc. If you can figure that out you are fine. had a crappy 73 too.

   I probaly just need to sit down and go over the book again on the subject. It was just a road block for me since I am only three chapters in the material (Gleim). I used Becker for the other ones I passed but my software license expired.

   Is there anything in particular you are struggling with on these problems? Basic EPS is pretty straight forward but I can see how Diluted EPS can trip people up.

   AUD: 97, FAR: 96, BEC: 93, REG: 99, Ethics: 100 (laugh)

   I think I figured it out last night studying. I was having problems with the potential common stock (PCS) and how it is affects the numerator or the denominator. I think I figured it out last night though. Thanks for every ones responses.
