    Hi guys,

I have a question regarding employment end date on my resume. Let say I left my company as a full-time employee in December, but I continue to work there one day a week ’til end of February so that they can find my replacement.

On my resume, do I put December 2013 as my employment end date or February 2014?

Please share your thought on how I should put the date on my resume.

    Thank you!

I would say as of February, since they are still paying you.

    Yes, I agree with jrosen92770 ^

My current position I was hired in December, but didn't start until January. So on Linkedin and my resume I show January as my start date. You put the dates you were actually paid for.

Go with February and both jobs can overlap for the 2-3 months period.
