   I have passed all 4 parts of the cpa exam but I still have no experience to my name, am I able to take the ethics exam or do you have to wait til all requirements to become a CPA are met? thanks for your help.\n

   I think you can take the ethics exam, but you won't get your license unless you meet the experience requirements. Some states have little loop-holes you might be able to work (i.e. teaching rather than working, etc.)\n

   In CA you have to pass the ethics exam no earlier than 2 years prior to applying for the license. Not sure if it's that way with other states though. So, you might want to check into that.\n
