I have read on this forum that it is easier to pass the ethics exam if you buy a CD and not a book. Does anybody know why a CD is easier? Does CD have videos and pdj files (that you can print)? Thank you!

If you are talking about the AICPA course, I just used the book and it was really easy. Before I purchased the book, I read a post on here from someone complaining about the CD. I don't remember exactly what kind of problems they had.

    REG - 64, 72, 81!
    FAR - 77
    AUD - 79
    BEC - 72, 79! And Done!

I did the CD course. No problems, but it's a bunch of slides with audio with a short video here and there, meaning it's insanely boring. It's kinda slow and clunky to navigate between slides. What I did was go straight to the exam, fill in the answers I was 100% sure on, and researched the ones I wasn't sure on.

EDIT: Didn't try to print any slides. The course opens on Adobe reader but it has slides that are synched with the audio lecture. Worst case scenario you can take screenshots though I have no clue if it is printer friendly as is.

i got the cd thinking it was a pdf file of the book and i can do an easy ctrl+f to find the answers, i was wrong. it was a cartoon video of ‘what if' senarios, about as enjoyable as watching lecture videos. i would've much rather skimmed through the book to find the answers
