Hi guys,

I have a FAR exam scheduled for tomorrow. I received a mail from Prometric plainly stating that the test center will be closed on the date of my scheduled exam and I should proceed to reschedule my exam. It did no specifically state my name or my test center number. I rechecked the Prometric site for list of centers closed due to the snow and found out that they still haven’t included my Test center’s number in the list

I missed out on the automated call, since my battery died the moment I picked up the phone!

What am I supposed to do?? If I reschedule right now, will I get a refund for the re-scheduling fees??

If the test is cancelled due to inclement weather conditions, are i required to pay the penalty for rescheduling the exam?

I'm way too nervous. I was just about to start revising Govt Accounting before this whole cancellation mail popped up

So should I reschedule my exam, hoping they refund my rescheduling penalty fees?

Or should I wait till 8am tomorrow morning to ask them to reschedule my exam without a penalty?

I am sure someone from Prometric will call you again. Also look on their website – there maybe an email address where you can email them directly about rescheduling your exam.

My exam is canceled tomorrow and my prometric center is not listed either. I'm in NJ.

I called the testing center direct and they told me they were closing.

Just find a date with seats available at your location, call Prometric tomorrow and they will reschedule you with no fee.

All call centers helplines get closed after 8pm Eastern time

I did shoot a mail straight away, but I'm probably going to beta reply next morning when they open up at 8am

My exam is at 7:30am! If I wait till tomorrow, I'm afraid they might refuse to reschedule my exam, since it would be past 7:30 am (my appointment time for the test)
