I have used them and several others (such as KPMG and Deloitte) that will provide free CPE as part of my job is understanding and providing guidance on new standards and the impacts it has to my company. It is sometimes easier to hear what someone else is saying to confirm that your were reading it correctly. Many CPA's in my company use these to complete their CPE requirement.

I have used them for 2-3 classes to obtain CPE. They are legit. Just be prepared for follow up solicitations from the people giving the actual class/seminar. My thought is that since it is free the people giving the class get all of the information on those signed up for the class and can contact them later to see if they need the service that corresponds to the class that was given.

Agreed, Peterman25. I have found my experience thus far to be right in line with yours. Believe I have completed seven or eight of their courses over the past few weeks now. The first course had me somewhat skeptical as to the courses being high-quality but the subsequent courses that I have completed have all been surprisingly informative. I would recommend to anyone needing additional CPE hours.

I used this to get training on QB online. The course content is good but they have serious technical problems. I just spent 4 hours on one of their webinars and got zero CPE because they claimed I didn't answer the polling questions. Not only did I answer every polling question but I also posted questions in the chat box and stayed on the webinar an extra 10 minutes because the instructor didn't finish on time.

My advice is to snap pictures of your screen after answer your polling questions. You might need proof that you completed them. Sadly, I didn't think to do this.
