Can anyone share their experiences with these firms? I’m currently on the decision making side with offers from all 3.

I've never worked in big 4 but the impression I get after reading this board for several years is that as far as exit opportunities go, they're all exactly equal. I've read that its more about the “vibe” you get from each office you interviewed at because even within the same company EY Boston is not the same as EY Chicago in terms of corporate culture. Basically if all else was held equal who did you just LIKE the best?

I work at one of those firms and interviewed/received offers from other Big 4. And I can tell you that what it came down to, like mla said, is the people. I got such a better vibe at my firm than at the others. I could really see myself hanging out with the people and enjoying working with them.

And congrats on your offers! Whatever you choose will be a great opportunity 🙂
