I didn’t think this was possible…62, 71, 61, 70, 70. Close but not close enough…any tips? Move on? take a break? BEC expires late February and i just have wasted so much time trying to pass FAR since i have been relatively close every time. I have becker, and wiley question bank. Feeling so defeated, depressed and down. This test has taken over me but obviously not enough to pass.

    BEC - 67, 80(lost), 70, 79
    FAR - 62, 71, 67, 70, 70, 73, 79
    AUD - 66, 77
    REG - 69, 76

If you passed BEC and know half of FAR, you might consider the CMA test instead.

Do yourself a favor and buy Ninja MCQ's. By now you probably already memorized most of the answers from Becker and Wiley. You need to switch things up a bit and that's when Ninja MCQ's come in handy. I think it is work the $45. If this is what you really want do not give up it doesn't matter how many times it takes you to pass. I know it sucks to be studying for the same section over and over but i think it will be worth it at the end.You gotta keep trying, you are almost there!! Good luck and happy thanksgiving!!

If FAR is giving you this much trouble then I think that you should keep at it until you pass. If you move on to the other exams and then come back to FAR and have the same trouble passing then you are going to continue to lose credits. If FAR isn't your last section then BEC is definitely going to expire.

It would definitely be helpful to know what you are doing … and I agree with Panda that you should consider Ninja.

Almost always from my phone... please excuse my typos!

Thank you guys for all of your advice and tips. The CPA exam is what i want to pass and i wont give up. I will think about buying Ninja for sure. Also, maybe even switch to CPA excel, Gleim, or Roger who knows. Unfortunately it is my 2nd test only, I have kept at it since i have been so close every time. I tried for audit in summer and failed with a 66. Need to rethink about taking a break, trying for audit in January (that's scheduled) or go for FAR again in January.
