    Hey Everyone,

I am graduating college in 3 weeks and looking to take the FAR exam end of May. Just looking for some advice on the test and concepts to concentrate on. I have Gleim study material that I am currently working with. Also, this is my first time taking the exam, so any kind of advice would be appreciated.

    Thank you!

My best advice is to read all the material and then do MCQ's over and over. Know the material, understand it, not just memorizing. Good luck!

Agreed. My persepective (admittedly from one who has only taken FAR so far) is that FAR & BEC requires a deep understanding because they will ask you questions that could be a very different look from what you've studied. It requires understanding of the material so you can flip it around, stretch it out and still come out to the right answer. AUD & REG (again, from somebody who understands the topic material conceptually but who hasn't studied or taken the exams yet) seem to be much more geared toward memorization with all of that tax code, tax law & audit procedure. Just my take 🙂

    MBA,CMA,CPA, CFF?, ABV?
