   My center says if you take off a sweater you must put it in your locker (which means leaving and taking time). At least the person offered to hang it up.

   Lighten up Francis.

   The guy was just doing his job. I am sure he knows a majority of the people in there are stressed out, so he probably hates bothering you just as much as you hate him bothering you.

   As was stated, at least he was kind enough to offer to hang up the sweater for you.

   Wear all the clothes you bring into the testing room.
