So I just took Auditing on 5/18 and I do not feel so great about it. FAR expires on 7/9 of this year. I want to schedule another exam as soon as possible. Obviously I won’t be able to until the scores release. But I have a couple questions and I was hoping someone could help!

1) I am in western Washington and the two testing centers near me are probably filling up quickly. I did notice there are two test centers in Portland, Oregon. My question is this: can I test in Oregon and still get a Washington license? I just want to cover more ground just in case the other two sites near me fill up.

2) My other question is when exactly does the credit expire? Is it once the final day (7/9) hits midnight? I have also read that the credit doesn’t expire until the end of whatever month the credit expires in (if that makes sense). Is this true?

1. Yes you can test at any prometric.

2. Generally take it by that date (midnight on 7/9) but as is always mentioned, check with your state board. Some have more liberal policies and accept the nasba dates.
