I tried to search to see if this has been answered before but no luck. I’m in the middle of a Becker FAR simulation and it’s not letting me delete lines out of a journal entry. I remember in another test you could highlight the account selection and hit “delete”, but it’s not working. Has anyone else run into this?

For example, I entered a journal entry where I only need two lines but I accidentally selected an account on the third line. Even though I’m not entering an amount for it, I can’t get the account description to delete on that third line. Is it like this on the actual test?

Freaking out, any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I think it depends if you are using a Mac or PC. I read somewhere on this forum if you are using a PC you can delete it but not on a Mac, which is what I used. During the exam you can delete it….

This is ONLY a Becker Bug.

If you want to delete it with Becker, you will have to go to the simulations instructions page and click the “reset” button at the top.

During the exam you can definitely delete an unwanted entry.

    BEC - PASS
    AUDIT - PASS
    REG - PASS
    FAR - PASS

I had an issue with making selections for journal entries with Becker too.

For Mac users, hold the “fn” key and then press delete to clear any unwanted journal entry titles.
