@CPAbefore40 – Becker F2 gets most people. I moved on and found it much easier on second round. But in the end, do what makes you comfortable- we will all have different preferences and study methods that work best for us.
@lonewolf – Yes use 1.1, if you were previously using 1.0, no worries- very little changed.
@Nat63, I am with BeautifulNim, not really sure what you are asking, but here is the breakdown. You can only take each section once test during the window, but you can take any number of sections during a window, so for example- Jan-Feb (no testing in March) is window 1, you can take any or all FAR, AUD, BEC, or REG, but you can only take, say, FAR once. As for scheduling the exam, Prometrics has TONS of appointments. What is available per center will change, as people sign up or cancel. But most centers have testing 7 days a week, and appoints from early morning to early evening. Depending on your local center and how busy they are will directly related to what is available for you specifically. The earlier you register, the more available appointments there will be. Also keep in mind, Prometric Centers do more than just CPA testing. Good luck in your new testing adventure.
