Hi everyone

I'm going for my 1st attempt. I'm heading into F2, and am worried that I am not retaining much, since my F1 homework scores weren't that great. I'm thinking I should just keep moving. I watch lecture, and take additional notes by making flash cards, then I work the MCQ's.Thoughts?

Your exam is soon. My advice is keep a steady pace with the material and do progress tests nonstop. So when you're done with chapter 2, do a few 30 question progress tests. Then after chapter 3, add that chapter to your progress tests. Somehow it starts to sink in! You want to leave at least a week for a final review.

Failed FAR for my first time in Q4… didn't really expect to pass but still disappointed. Looking for a way to supplement my CPAexcel material. Are just the Ninja notes and MCQ's enough or do I need the complete set with audio and videos? I really struggle with the sims and cannot seem to master them no matter what I do.

I find the audio helpful, especially for audit. For FAR, it is helpful but there are so many lectures it takes a week for me to get through them all during my commute to work. I would say it cant hurt!

@rachelpasscpa I got 71. I review the book like its my first time and I'm re-writing my notes. my 71 is the same as your 67. We need to start from scratch. We got this rachel. let's rise and grind.

@determined – I just remember now, what is the correct answer if someone will ask you where to report the revenue, expense and losses and changes of net assets of NFP?

Scheduled….Jan. 31.

I “studied” for FAR. Did maybe 25% of the Becker HW. Got nervous. Stopped for a month. Kept being nervous. Decided to take a couple weeks to study for BEC instead. Just found out I passed BEC. Back to FAR.

Planning to sit for FAR in early to mid Jan.

Anyone have advice on getting back into studying?

With only a few weeks remaining should I focus on Becker or Ninja MCQ?

Any advice on getting past chapter 2 in Becker? I keep getting stuck there and have rescheduled multiple times. Now i am down to the last day I can take FAR, which is on Jan 2nd. So this gives me less than 4 weeks to finish 9 chapters.
