Jules --- the same thing happened to me last year. There is a ton of material. FAR was my first exam, and I postponed it after 7 weeks of studying. I took some of the Becker progress tests, and didn't think I was ready. After pushing it into the next testing window (and taking a couple of weeks off to prevent burn-out), I ended up with an 86 (nice surprise). In looking back, I might have squeaked by with a 75 if I had taken it with the original test date, but I just wanted to make sure (i.e. that I passed FAR the first time).
I think you'll do fine with the amount of time you've invested. One word of advice: when you get to the communication section, if you don't know the subject matter, make sure you write a nice, formal business letter. In other words, get as many points as you can for format, spelling, and as much subject matter that you can muster up......
Good luck!
