Finished AUD with 45 minutes left

Is it normal to finish this early? I only had three weeks to prepare. The MCQ felt like a wildcard…as usual. However, I felt like I understood and conceptualized the SIMs. This was my first AUD attempt. Anyone else have an experience similar to this? I’ve taken FAR four times (failed, but close to passing three out of the four attempts) and feel like my reviews for that helped me with AUD. I could have failed miserably. I don’t know.

I finished every test with 60-90 minutes to spare. I would not use how much time you had left as any inidication

I just took AUD today and finished with over 90 minutes left in the exam while taking a 5 minute break in between each testlet. I agree with abranaugh you shouldn't look to much into how much time you had left.

I finished all the exams with extra time, but AUD I had the most extra of any of the exams. However, how much extra time isn't really a gauge of anything – a quick exam could mean you didn't know enough to know you didn't understand things, or could mean you knew it so well that you didn't struggle at all, or could just mean that the questions were quick to answer. Only score release day will reveal which one is true. 🙂

They should let you borrow time on one exam and move it to another. I would've borrowed from AUD as well.

I finished with just under an hour left. I found it to be easy. Seemed like they asked the same 40 or so questions in multiple ways.

@sunni – That's exactly how I felt today. The exam felt really easy, which scares me a bit. If I failed, I won't be to dejected. I could really use a surprise though.

I left 90 minutes on the table and just scored an 85 on AUD. I was super worried about the time I left because it made me feel like I didn't know what the hell I was doing if I left that much time but it all worked out! I wouldn't worry about the time spent at all

I left FAR with an hour on the clock because I desperately had to pee and knew I couldn't leave the room while in a segment. Passed.

I wouldn't stress about timing. You're probably fine.

I haven't seen the last hour of any of my exams so far, some people take longer going back through to check their answers but if I did that I would second guess myself and change stuff

Typically, I use the entire three or four hours. That's the reason why I was wondering. Oh well. Will find out in a couple weeks.
