First day at Deloitte

    I’m hoping my fellow ninjas can weigh in on what I can expect my first day at Deloitte. I have no experience in public accounting and I’m afraid I’m going in blind, and I want to be as prepared as possible so I can hit the ground running.

    I’m particularly stressing over what I should wear for orientation (full suit, business casual?). My orientation email states that the dress code for the local office is business casual. Normally I wouldn’t think twice about wearing a full suit the first day, but I don’t want to be overdressed (or underdressed) and stand out.

    Any tips/suggestions? Thanks in advance!
