I am not too proficient with Excel and wanted to know if there is a way to achieve what I am attempting.
I want to print some data all on one sheet of paper. I have a spreadsheet with approximately 14 columns of data. If I put all 14 columns on one sheet, the font size becomes extremely small when printed. So what I thought I would do is cut columns 10 -14 and put them under the first 9 columns , thus making the spreadsheet less wide. However, when I do this, the column width of rows 1-5 is already set such that when I paste columns 10-14 below them, many of the headings of columns 10-14 don’t fit. So now I’m trying to find a way to be able to manipulate the column width of columns 10-14 after I paste them below 1-9 without affecting the width of 1-9. So my question is what is the best way to do this so I can print columns 10-14 below columns 1-9 and be able to maniuplate the column width of columns 10-14 without affecting the column width of the columns directly above columns 10-14.
I was going to try to cheat it and paste columns 10-14 on a separate sheet (thus giving me the ability to manipulate the column width) and leave about 15 rows above it blank and print them, and then put the paper back in the printer and then print only columns 1-9; however, I know there has to be a different way to achieve this. Changing from landscape to portrait also doesn’t help.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
