    Wiley Question –

    Hi

I’m currently studying for FAR and I have finished taking notes

but now I’m stuck with a decision to make on the MC questions.

Do I need to do the questions at the end of the modules or just

go right to the test bank?

Maybe I should do them both? I’m just looking for some input from

others who have studied using these same materials.

I went straight to the test bank, because I'm bad to fall asleep when studying with a book. πŸ™ So was more efficient using the test bank! However, I've heard that the textbook questions are harder and therefore teach you more, so I might try to do some of both.

Depends on how much time you have. If you have time, do every other Q or every 3rd Q in the book. I think the Wiley sims really helped me for FAR. If you are comfortable with the material, go the WTB. You can always go back and do the chapter mc. There are repeat mc from the book on the test bank. The exam mc are more like the WTB because the book ones are long.

I use wiley books and test bank. I do the questions and sims in the book over the test bank since they have more beef. After I finish the book work, I use the test bank for final review. I would rather be exposed to as many new questions as possible than repeat the same questions.

Thanks for all the input from everyone. I'm looking at doing the book problems just to get some difficult questions under my belt and throw in some TB questions once I'm more comfortable.

I'm using the Wiley textbook and the Test Bank as well for FAR and I mix them. I use the Test Bank when I'm tight on time and the book when I have a long time block set aside for study. The more questions you expose yourself to the better off you'll be on exam day! The book has some tough simulations to cut your teeth on as well.

Just use the test bank for the MCQs. You will be begging for mercy with just those and I can't imagine that adding a bunch of book questions will have much marginal benefit in your score. Use the books for the sims, though.

Thanks for all the help you all. Yea Lilla is really an inspiration with using only the Wiley books and TB and passing on the first try. I have enough time before my exam date to do both plus I want to hit as many types of questions as possible.
