   To all the Future CPAs out there,

   I took BEC the other day. I walked into the prometric testing center feeling overly confident and well prepared but walked out having mixed feelings. There were several questions, that I had to guess on because I didn't come across any reading materials realted to those questions from the Becker Review. On my way home, I started recalling on the questions that I successfully answered and realized that I have gotten at least 10 wrong, maybe more?

   Anyways, have anyone of you ever felt the same and ended up passing?

   NYCPA1, I walked out of BEC feeling that I failed the test. There were questions I felt like I had not practiced using my Becker software and thought I did not pass. Most of us feel that way after every test.

   REG: Passed,(expired 4/30/11), Passed - 87 (2/29/12)
   BEC: Passed,(expired 2/29/12), Scheduled May 2012
   FAR: 72,74,74(C'MON!), (Schedule 4/20/12)
   AUD: Passed

   @NYCPA, your score will probably be around an 80 give or take 2 pts. Strictly a guess, but how confident were you in the calculations you did? This was the telling part for me, I knew I nailed all the calculations (variance, COGS, etc) but also knew I had guessed/missed a bunch of IT and business structure questions. I thought I did worse than I did on the first (73) but ended up passing (81)...

   BEC: 73,81(7/6/2010); AUD: 75(5/24/2010); FAR: 76(8/31/2010); REG: 77 (10/18/2010) - DONE!!!!

   @NYCPA1: I felt the same way, and I also used Becker. I remember walking out of the test center laughing at how ridiculously difficult and unrelated some of the questions were. I also started remembering some of the answers that I marked because I was uncertain and realized that I made a few mistakes. After a couple of hours of mentally and emotionally torturing myself, I just let it go; there's nothing else that can be done. It is what it is. Anyway, just try to relax so you can prep yourself for the next battle.

   Trust me. The feelings you have when you walk out of the testing center don't mean much.

   First exam for me was FAR, I left the site with a frustation and regrets. Passed it.
   I felt very satisfied and confident after taking REG, wasn't even nervous when waiting for the score <- yes very cocky, Didn't pass.

   Keep your head up! and knock down FAR like you mean it! =)

   As with the other repliers, I felt the exact same way. In my mind, I was absolutely positive I failed. I traveled the 2 hours home in complete silence out of depression, LOL. Don't worry about it. I'm sure you'll be fine!

   Like most people have said-- the way you feel walking into the testing center is a much better indicator than the way you feel coming out. That held true for all 4 of my tests, I was only certain I had passed one coming out, that being REG. Coming out of FAR my first test, I even wrote down alot of notes of things I will need to restudy and was shocked I when I saw my score that I passed. AUD and BEC I thought could go either way and luckily I did enough to pass them. I would relax and start studying for the next one, chances are you did fine.

   The challenges of this exam do not end when you leave the testing center. You then get to start the mini-game of second guessing yourself and the mental endurance challenge that is the score release process.
