Just curious as to how many people are in the same boat as me. I have pass AUD, BEC, and FAR, but will be taking REG on June 10th. I’m writing this post because I’m not sure if it’s because this is my last part, or if it’s because it’s REG, but studying this time around has been 10X more difficult than the first three. It’s a total pain to do these MCQs, and Jeff Elliot’s voice is starting to drive me nuts. I listen to him so much; my wife even recognizes his voice. My wife will enter a room in the house, and faintly hear a voice coming from my phone, or tablet and say “Oh, you’re listening to Jeff, let me leave the room, Jeff puts me to sleep.” She called me at work, and I had the NINJA Audio playing lowly on my computer. It could have been my boss, or a co-worker talking in the background, but no, she immediately says, “Oh, you must he listening to Jeff.” Don’t get me wrong, I love Jeff and his NINJA Products, but I have been listening to him nonstop for the last 20 months. I think I’m going crazy.

I'm in the same boat, I've noticed a lot of people on the forum are taking REG last. I took the exam on May 29, but I also thought it was a difficult test to study for. This one has for sure given me the most anxiety and I keep saying “this really needs to be over”. Its gotta be because its my last. I think we're all going through it. I get my score on Wednesday and am sooooo nervous, not sure how I did. All I can say is just keep grinding until the 10th and leave it all at Prometric, you're 5 days away from possibly being done! Reg is my last exam. It took me 4 hours to go through 50 of gleims mcq's this morning because I would get them wrong and had to look everything up, make flash cards or find out I didn't understand something I thought I did and then have to research it more.

I thought about moving it up when they extended the exam window, really glad I didn't. I like this better than BEC, but it is an awful lot. The exceptions on the credits are driving me nuts.

It's not my last exam, but I take it the same day as you. I've done over 4000 MCQs and all of the NINJA SIMS. I feel like there's not possibly another iota of information I can jam into my brain. I have read in these forums that this feeling means you're “ready”. I'm hitting various topics like preferential transfers in bankruptcy, AMT, Schedule M-1, and basis. Good luck to you!

This is my last one too (take 3)..I have never been so of tired studying and looking at the material. If i don't get it this time I honestly don't know what I will do…the material is making me nauseous 🙁

How are you studying this last week? I was looking at Sims/MCQs today but thinking I should switch over to reading…does that sound like it is a good idea? (I work full time so no way I can do both as a review)

This is my last one as well. I had originally scheduled it for 7/16 but after going thru the first 5 sections (using Roger) for the individual, corps, p/s and estates/trusts I rescheduled until 8/15. I so want to get done quicker but the information is so much and with summer and study fatigue hitting I figured it would be wiser to get another 4 weeks of time and do it right. FAR was a beast but I had background in a lot of the topics but REG is all new to me as was AUD. It sure seems like a beast!!

This isn't my last one, but it's certainly been the worst of the ones I've done so far. If I had to give anyone any piece of advice regarding CPA exam order, it would be do the one that's the hardest material for YOU first. Everyone says FAR and AUD are the worst, but I didn't take into account that I'm an auditor who had the most impossibly hard financial accounting professor in college, and my tax professor did little more than give us the answers to all of his exams. I've had to learn everything from scratch for REG, and it's been absolutely overwhelming. I'm so sick of this journey.

I'm also taking REG on June 10th. Here's hoping the AICPA is favoring my strengths on this day!

I am in the same boat. REG is my last. Actually, I just took my retake and am waiting for the result. But I am still studying and plan to study until I know for sure I pass. I am so tired of REG 🙁

I have REG on 10th June as well and is my last one…Having difficulty memorizing all the phaseouts and basis and all other rules and regulations…last week panic!. REG is a completely new topic for me and having hardest time with it!
