Finally, my one year and a half suffering time is paid off!! I got my license today from MA board!! YAY!!

I really appreciate everyone’s help in A71–all encouraging words, all the helpful test tips and all the great advices on my career!

Does anyone have any experience with how long it takes to complete the AECR process once you submit it? Also, did you attach an electronic copy when submitting online? And did you submit anything else in the mail that you sent the hard copy of your transcript to NASBA?

I guess I am not familiar with AECR acronym. Based on what I found looks like the CPA application or part of it via NASBA.

@neika – any updates on your application recently? I got something yesterday (email) from Nasba! It sounds promising…!?

“Your application has passed the initial evaluation stage and is being evaluated once more for quality assurance. Please allow 1 week for the quality assurance review. Once the quality assurance review is complete, your application will be prepared for the board licensure transmission. Board transmissions are sent each Friday. You will be notified via e-mail of your application’s progress. If you should have any questions or need additional information, please contact us at 1-866-350-0017 or email us at licensing@nasba.org. “

Hopefully they don't find any felonies during this quality assurance review! 😛

@nbad – nope, nothing yet! I emailed NASBA a few days ago and asked when CPAES grades are typically released and she said “after the testing window closes.” But I received my congratulation letter, which is released by CPAES. So I will continue to wait…

And that does sound promising! Sounds like it's almost complete 🙂
