I’m just getting into my BEC studies, and really like to hear opinions on hardest Becker chapters so I have an idea of what to expect. I’m happy to see that there are only 6 chapters compared to FARs 10. Any opinions that anyone has would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

I didn't use Becker, but Cost Accounting was the most painful for me just because I find it so effing boring.

Chapter 2 and 3 are generally seen as the hardest chapters just because there are so many equations to memorize and MCQ's to work through. They take forever to get through and understand, but you will be in great shape on exam day if you practice those problems.

I agree with 005, cost accounting and especially VARIANCE ANALYSIS bores me to DEATH, so Chapter 2 was definitely the worst in my opinion. Good luck!

Chapter 2 and 3 are generally seen as the hardest chapters just because there are so many equations to memorize and MCQ's to work through. They take forever to get through and understand, but you will be in great shape on exam day if you practice those problems.

I failed BEC like 6 years ago, but I don't recall any chapters being hard outside cost accounting.

I spoke to an ancient wise man who sent me on a mushroom induced journey through an ancient forest to find the key to passing the CPA exam. A talking spider monkey told me to throw the last of my drinking water in the dirt to find what I was looking for. So I followed his instructions and the following message appeared in the soil:

"Do 5000 multiple choice questions for each section"
