Has anyone ever had issues with the the presentation of the simulations?

I recently took what I was hoping to be my last exam and had issues with the either the software or the hardware/resolution on the simulations.

All of the questions were incredibly magnified with extra large text and tables. This made reading the problems very difficult (spending large amounts of time scrolling up/down and left/right) and made splitting the screen impossible/useless.

This had never been an issue in prior tests.

I filed a complaint with prometric after the exam and via e-mail and also contacted Nasba with my issue. I am not sure what I expect except to possibly receive a free test if (when) I have to re-take the exam.

I haven’t received my score yet but I will most likely fail given that I spent the last 20 minutes or so just jumping around to the remaining simulations I had not gotten to because of the imposed time constraints.

It is very frustrating to walk out of an exam and to feel like you miserably failed because of something out of your hands. I’d much rather have walked out of there with a feeling that I failed on my own terms because of lack of preparation, instead of feeling confident after the multiple choices and freaking out when I’m trying to gather the info for these simulations.

Has anyone ever experienced anything like this with the simulations? Did you file any complaints? Did anyone respond to you? I really hope this is addressed by either Prometric or Nasba (I am still not sure who is to blame) so this doesn’t happen to anyone in the future.
