I've had some trouble with my most recent transcript being processed by NASBA. Looks like enough calling and bothering them finally did the trick. The coordinator told me it will be FEDEXed to NY within a few days. Now I have to wait another 18 weeks?

Something tells me this process is going to end up taking longer than passing the exam…

    Passed all sections.

That's absolutely insane! I wonder what the wait will be in NY once I'm done… probably 6 months -__-

I wonder why it takes them that long to verify your scores, look at the 4B(s), and check your transcript…

I actually have some knowledge of this…

your 4/4b package goes to Albany to the Office of The Professions where it's processed and then sent up to the state board for approval. Now, the state board meets only once a month, and then again quarterly for another type of meeting. My bet is that the approve candidates in the quarterly meeting?

I doubt they are that backed up that they can't process requests in a timely manner. Then again, someone said they've been told there was no one hired for this position just weeks ago.

I do know my app was approved by Albany, meaning transcript, scores and likely at least experience at face value. I sent my 4/4b about a month ago.
